One Month of Ayurvedic Mentoring – $275

  • Initial Consultation 1 hour

  • Two Follow-up sessions via Skype/Google Hangouts. In person sessions can be made upon request for an additional charge

  Two Months of Ayurvedic Mentoring – $400

  • Initial Consultation 1 hour

  • 4 Follow-up check-ins via Skype/Google Hangouts (every two weeks for two months). In person follow-up sessions can be made upon request at an additional charge

After our initial intake session, I will develop a specific diet and lifestyle routine to cater to your health concerns.  To make sure that you stay motivated and see progress, we will have opportunities to communicate via email and Skype to ensure that you get THE MOST out of the changes.  I offer a number of packages that give varying levels of support.  AYURVEDA IS NOT A QUICK FIX.
