Calling all lone wolfs, introverts and those who walk to the beat of their own drum. Come together as a community of loners who aren't lonely to dive deep into the roots of your alone-ness in order to find the balance between existing as ME and WE.
This Breathwork event will include an extended grounding, heart centered meditation, Breathwork and writing prompts to move you into exploring being alone without a sense of being lonely. Whether you are an empathic introvert who needs alone time to recharge and ground or an extrovert who dips your toe in the world of solo time, show up to investigate all things alone-ness.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal/paper and something to write with.
