Join me for Breathwork for Work-Life Balance at Third Root. This month’s gathering asks you to tune into the motivations and intentions behind your choices in how you spend your time and energy. Who and what do you commit to? Do you put all of your energy into one or many people and activities? Do you feel there is balance in all aspects of your life? Do you often commit to things that you’d rather not spend your time and energy on? Use the breath to get to the root of your choices and how to find balance and bring about healing.
Breathwork is an active, dynamic, sustained pranayam (breath control) used to activate deep healing in the body. Participants experience release of energy, trauma and old wounds.
Please bring a journal and something to write with along with wearing comfortable clothes. Please show up 10 minutes early. WE WILL BEGIN ON TIME.
